I sent out a request a long time ago with all the information needed on my account and all they replied was to send the information even though I already did. Can a community manager or admin help me out on this one? I recently sent another support but I want to double check if my account is still there or if accounts get deleted for inactivity as I haven't played for 3-4 years. My email is [email protected] and if an admin messages me for my password I will give it to them.
