Used to play on my Nexus 7, but I never carry it anymore and I now have an iPhone 7+ that would e great to play it on. I don't want to start over though. Can I log into my Android account from iOS, and if so, how do I accomplish that?

Yes, since cross platform was released last month you can access your old android account from the iPhone. In theory after installing the game it should just be a case of logging on with your old account details. I've only played on android so not 100% certain, but I don't think you should need to do anything else. However others may correct me.

No OP was asking if he can use his old android account on his new iPhone.

Yes I was asking if I could access my Android character on iOS. On another post I saw that you can create a new character, then on the next screen switch worlds/servers. I did that and when I switched to the on my Android character is on, I was able to log right in where I left off.
