Otm has a very loyal player base believe it or not. This game will do just fine

Lol, people don't play games for loyalty to the gaming company, they play games to enjoy them. CH could suffer massively as these new mobile MMO's are nostalgic for a lot of the player base CH holds. OTM need to step up and rethink minor designs so that the game doesn't look like it was designed in 2 weeks. Start with mordris targeting, that s*** is stupid af and has an easy fix.

We need to see improvements in CH... Loyal or not - if I enjoy something more than CH ofc I'll play that instead.

My loyalty isn't with CH... It's with my clan members that have camped for thousands more hours than I have so that I can wear the gear I'm using and those whom have levelled countless locker alts so that we can gear mains, I owe it to those people - I guess in that regard of camping and target lock, OTM's poor design has worked in their favour.

Eh Albion onlines already been released on everything except ios, but the device reqs are pretty high end to even play on android so it hasn't attracted many ch players and probably won't until device reqs are reduced and changes are made drastically.

Runescape on the other hand can take a large chunk of players from the ch base. Don't think it'll require such high end devices to be able to run it at all. Not only that but like said in this topic, the corrupted garden update will be basically decide it for many players if they want to continue playing ch or not

When Runescape does come out for iOS I got a feeling it’s going to be dominating the App Store it is very nostalgic especially for me since I’ve been playing it since I was young. Not even if it is nostalgic it’s just really well done and I hope OTM turns around and fixes something’s up and make it worth while and not let it only last for about a week such as fishing ._.

I just hope OTM is reading this and realizes that now they can't afford to make large mistakes. They may have a loyal player base but that doesn't mean they think everything is fine and dandy about the game. I love this game because of my clan. If I did not have a clan, I would just say f it and spend my time elsewhere. Clans are a huge reason why a portion of people in my clan keep playing. Corrupted Gardens is a make or break for some of them. To OTM, please take this topic into account, stop messing around, and get down to business.

In response to the OP, idk if RS will really hurt the current player base of CH, and thats not where I would focus on. The current player base has invested too much time and money to just pack up, there is a reason why when we quit we always end up coming back. What I would focus on is the lack of new players coming in to replace the loss of old/current players as they quit. Lets say a top tier end game clan loses 1-2 players a month, but through recruiting gains 3 (im only taking into account serious recruits who actually make it to eg and stick around longer than it takes to earn edl). If RS effects the new player base that could drop to 2 or 1 a month, which means that we could end up in a situation where we have less new players coming in than old players leaving, which results in the game dying.

You're right, Otm purposely makes mistakes just to get you mad and to quit.
