Couldn't think of a new password so I just used the password reset feature, my password was reset but no email was received containing the new password... Any idea whether this is an isolated issue that you can fix? @OTM

We think we have found the issue but it may take a few days before we can implement a fix.

PM me with the following and I can reset your password:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

I got same issue, I haven't recieve a reset password email. I also used the support tool in game but got no answer from support. I am waiting for months now. I wrote email too. No answer. Can you help me out with this issue please! Thank you!
