Hi im TragicShot a lvl 201 ranger on the server Balor. I reset my password using my email and it said a email has been sent to my email but its been 20+ hours and ive got nothing sent to my email...I can no longer log my account..please help me on how I can fix this. I do not know what to do.

To retrieve accounts/passwords we need to ask some security questions.

If you can PM me as many of the following questions as possible I will reset your password from here:

- Username for account -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
