No, it's worth something, just not much. Someone would buy it just because it's a mordy drop. I'd say you could get 20-30k on it.
For a skill you can't even use on your own toon? I don't know the Epona market so perhaps you are right, maybe the "Abyssal" tag is worth something to somebody,

In lugh I sold my 2 majestic braces for 31.5 and 50.

It's not totally useless, but by no means is it a good skill.
