Anyone know the quest? i can't figure this out, looked at all quests and am lv70 now with no luck.

CROM - Seed
Demon Blade - 221 Rogue - 180 Fishing
Dragon Bane - 220 Warrior
Celtic Lord - 216 Druid
Demon Lord - 205 Mage
Ancient Demon - 182 Ranger

Rapid shot is given by Faolan MacLir, by the Eastern Docks leystone. It is gained after the quest to kill 2 Jotuns and before killing the 3 scryers. It is the last of the beginner quest skills to be gained.
