You have to have a minimum of 5 forum posts before you are able to message other forum members directly.

I also seek help my mount lvl 2 black war wolf disappeared !
I have been playing on and off for a while now I have had two accounts but lost one. Due to forgetting logins when without a device for 6 months. Sadly I didn’t get support when it was requested. I did get a reply requesting more info I supplied this and got no reply... Now I’m lvl 99 gwyndon server and having fun on the replacement account. Has anyone else had this issue ? Will I get help here like I was told in game ?
