So for ages my email hasn't worked but it's fixed itself and I manually reset my pw. I went onto ch again and used the new pw recently reset to change my username ( still not done after cross platform update) and it's telling me my pw is incorrect. So I don't know what I'm meant to do here any help?

Edit *i tried to reset and try it again and it's now telling me my email / usernames wrong *
Got no clue on whats going on. My best bet is that the android acc with the shared username is conflicting but it shouldn't as it is identifying me as IOS device.

I've removed the conflict from the table now.

You should be able to sign in with your normal details on iOS and on Android by adding _ANDROID to your standard username.

Hi, only just saw this and I went to try login but my password doesn't work still, on top of this my email became untied to account so I cannot reset it

- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
