Tried resetting password on my account (I won’t name it here) but it will not recognise my e mail address even though it is 10000000% the same e mail that I have used. I never had any problem logging into my account until this new update. I’ve used the same password for months and now it won’t let me log in?? So I tried to reset it and now I have this dilemma... I don’t know what the hell is going on.

I have done this all on the app so I haven’t tried to reset it here...
