I would like to talk to Muldar about my account problems. I have already contacted support multiple times in game and have received from them my new username, and a password. Both of these have not worked and I am having trouble logging in. The issue in the beginning was that an android user had the same account user as mine so they sent me a new username on my different character on another account and a password and this still did not work. I have no idea what to do at this point. I would really appreciate your help. Sincerely Whhite.

My character name is Whhite, he is a 221 warrior on Herne. I have been trying to reclaim him using the other account name with the character name of Mast3rchi3f.

I've removed the conflict, you should be able to sign in now.

I am having the same problem. I reset my password and it still tells me it is incorrect. My toon is KeeN on Donn level 211.

I have the same problem. My toon is VenomBlade in Rosmerta.
