I don't prefer to receive PM's as PM'ing a CM should not be a way for you to circumvent support or appeals processes. I understand that support is a bit slow right now and we have a bit of backlog (more so since it's the holidays), but we are working to get all of these caught up. Additionally, I don't prefer PM's because if you have a question, someone else probably has that question too. I'd rather you make a post, so we can answer and more people can be helped at once.
