Fishing and player lvl question

#1
Are there physical player level requirements to fish in the different zones?

I have got my lvl 10toon to 140cooking and loveing it, the toon doubles up as a bank and ive been handing out gingerbread men XD

Just discovered fishing and cooking kindof go hand in hand so was wondering if i can achieve high level fishing on this character also?

Getting around Stonevale to the fishing spots may be a little tricky, especially getting to the bridge between the faes and the inferno imps. Also by the southern leystone fishing spots there is a lvl 60ish mob whose area he walks means you'll be in his aggro range for about a quarter of the fishing spots.

Ty for reply guys, just trying to keep it seperate from my main so i can focus on the cooking and fishing without being called to bosses XD may need to use a different toon for fishing :)
Maybe create a rogue or ranger, so that you can max out hide or camo to help get around whilst still relatively low level.
