Are there physical player level requirements to fish in the different zones?

I have got my lvl 10toon to 140cooking and loveing it, the toon doubles up as a bank and ive been handing out gingerbread men XD

Just discovered fishing and cooking kindof go hand in hand so was wondering if i can achieve high level fishing on this character also?

Yes you should be able to. My alt is fishing level 78, but is only level 23. I think at level 150-160, when you reach ow, you will need level 60 to enter. In shalemont mobs can slightly hit you, but you should be able to avoid them.

Max should be player lvl i think.

Getting around Stonevale to the fishing spots may be a little tricky, especially getting to the bridge between the faes and the inferno imps. Also by the southern leystone fishing spots there is a lvl 60ish mob whose area he walks means you'll be in his aggro range for about a quarter of the fishing spots.

Maybe create a rogue or ranger, so that you can max out hide or camo to help get around whilst still relatively low level.

Mah lv 60 warrior is 163 in fishing and 170 in cooking atm

Good idea

Max vit stats with warrior and max points in protective stance then wear lots of armor. XD and those attack evasion stuff.
