The offer is occurring randomly, so can not decide which toon gets the offer. Once again OTM disappoints by poor planning, poor design, and poor implementation. I understand one per account, so please explain why on one account it has had no offer? Please make tradable. I refuse to change wardrobes just to match a bad drop.

Why? Maybe some ppl don't remember what happen last year. At that time the hats were no trade and ppl didn't stop creating new account so the servers going to be mostly unplayable. I'm fine if I get only 2 of the 25 avaible hats

It would be more fair if it was no trade, but at the same time, I like it if its not no trade.

By saying “remove the no trade”, I’m not saying I would sell my particle white, I just take pleasure in seeing people’s offers.
