Who cares, looks like not every present will have the hats anyways... opened 3 day 2 presents on 3 different accounts of mine and got nothing but lame potions lol

That's what players have been saying for 5 years now.

I’m gonna say it again.... make the gift only obtainable at a certain level.. like lvl 50. That prevents people from making lvl 1 accounts every minute and makes them put in time and effort if they want more hats. I’m pretty sure otm has done this sort of thing before so why not do it again

So many people already have 10+ alts that are level 50 and above. And even then you can easily level up a level 1 account to 50 in 30 minutes.

The logical side of me says -1 for the aforementioned toon-spam reason,
...but the selfish side of me says +1 so I can get the right colors in the right toons (only slightly OCD, but hey I like color-coding them )

...or you could make them bind-on-equip (just went there) so that if you care enough to make 200 toons to get all of them you can, but the profit storm will end after 1 iteration; yes, you can sell them, but if the buyer ever plans on selling them, he can’t wear them (and if you wear it (actually enjoy it) you won’t be able to sell it). (The downside of this is profitable collectors will just let them sit in banks anyway, but meh...)

(Kinda the lesser half of both evils, but it’s an idea)
