Otm Where are you ????

I have been waiting weeks for a response thru email forums and pms. I understand Christmas and New Years but when will you guys get back to helping the community a lot of people are having problems logging in including me. I’ve been having acct conflicted message for months now someone please get back to work. And I know tickets are backlogged but it should at least be someone from otm responding or paying attention to things.

Hey, I’ve been having account blocked issues too and didn’t get to log all Christmas break but I’m now just facing the fact that they are reaaaaaaally backlogged and it’s best to pick up a new hobby while I wait this out :/ although i think it wasn’t a great idea for them to release an update with this many problems right before they go on vacation lol just sayin

You are totally right. But Og players are getting jipped and how long is there break. All it takes is one look at the forum and (if they cared) they would be able to see the uproar in the community from events being long to people like myself who haven’t been able to log for months but hey what do I know lol

That's immature. I PM'd both Muldar and Tadaaah, as well as emailed Muldar, and then... waited patiently . Account password was reset by Tadaaah on Jan 1st when he logged into Forums. I was expecting a much longer wait.

Some account issues are ofc much more difficult to fix than a simple password reset, but cut the team some slack. You can't just say "OTM doesn't care about me boohoo I hate you OTM" and at the same time hound them to fix your account.

PM an Admin, email support, and follow up every week or so. It's a huge help if you're not insolent or incredulous in your messages to the team.

But +1 to the OP for posting this in the Support Thread.

The rest of the team should be back next week. I'm slow. I know. I apologize. BUT as there are lots and lots of tickets (trying to prioritize getting back into accounts), we're trying to get to tickets on a first come first serve basis.

Muldar now my account keeps saying incorrect password when it’s been the same for years
Keeps saying wrong username or password but it is undoubtedly correct

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
