Otm states that you are responsible for the trade and traded items cant be given back so once you click ok your items belong in the ownership of the person you traded with, even in this unfair situation
Again go back a re read otm support handed the banks over to one individual and took many event drops away from a whole clan that's been farming them for years..

Any clan that has a clan bank with multiple users faces this same issue. It is a game design flaw to allow one person control of something that the clan owns. We are not talking about a single persons account, we are talking about an account that was created just for banking items for a clan. As you see here OTM can pull the plug on any bank a clan uses to store items.

Hey Heroes,

First off, I would like to say I totally understand your frustration. The clan bank system in our game has needed to be addressed for some time and updated to provide better support and security for clans.
I've ensured your feedback has been heard by the team, we are in the process of evaluating a clan bank system for release in a future update. While it is very much in the design phase I will be keeping the community informed as more information is available.

In this case, it is unfortunately very much a grey area. This is not the first time our Support Team has made this decision and it is always a tough one. This is why we do not "officially" support clan banks.
The ruling may still be under evaluation by the team, I am unsure of the exact specifics but I will discuss it further with them on Monday.

While I understand your desire to post this to a public forum I am afraid it is not a topic that can be addressed on here.
Publicly trying to shame a department for following guidelines will not be tolerated, I understand you are frustrated but the Support Team will be unable to provide further assistance on a public forum.
This is a Support decision and as such should be furthered on their official channel [email protected]

Thanks for posting and I will contact those involved on Monday after I have liaised with the team.

Thank you and have a good weekend.
