#2Hand to hand is really, really bad. Unless your class cannot equip a fast weapon and you for some reason want to be an auto attack, you should never consider hand to hand. The damage of your weapon is much more effective even if its not as fast. Idk why you would use hand to hand with a shield, there really are better weapons for the build you are looking for.
