So I bought 400 firebreath chests and it was then announced that snowstorm chests were coming out thus making my chests obsolete. I contacted support to either refund the platinum or change it over to the new chests with a reply that they can’t.
I’ve read all over the forums and additionally there is nothing in game saying I can’t do that.
How come?
What’s the point of me just have 400 chests or $320 worth of platinum sitting there that no one will buy and support unwilling to help?

As stated in Supports original in-game reply we are only able to offer refunds on items purchased and reported within a 3 day window.
While I understand your viewpoint, policy states we cannot swap out chests based upon buyers remorse when a new chest comes out.
