Still no official reply?
It is pretty difficult to play on my phone I was hoping some sort of update or at least a diary of when I can expect the update?

^ They'll reply by Monday as they are on weekend break atm.

Muldar also mentioned that there is no need for am update to remove the snow and holiday themes, Bob, and that the Event will be removed by the end of January. So I'm not sure when we'll be able to see this update happen.. May well have to wait til Gardens :/

Yes, we are looking into iPhone X support, unfortunately this will require us to update a lot of back end systems to make the game compatible.
Thankfully this was something we were already progressing towards but due to the scale of the project I cannot give an accurate time-frame as to when this will be completed.

Thank you again I was only pressing because the iPad X is coming and I’m guessing it may have similar problems as well.

I know it seems selfish but is it.?

I can promise you I am not hating on OTM it’s just playing on the iPhone X is quite horrible but if that’s all you have then you have to.
The iPhone X plus will have a lovely big screen but if the game is still tiny what’s the point?
Also with the iPads coming too I was just hoping it would be fixed by now
