I appealed about my account 'corrupt19'. Not only have I got slow replies but the responses have been poor. I got provided no proof for my ban and the appeals team aren't following their policies on the website and forums (TOS says additional policies should be followed). I've taken pictures of all of the policies and TOS and emailed and have not gotten a reply. Instead of being told yet again my ticket is in a que could i get something done? Seems i sent information and asked for proof to get a reply saying 'you can appeal again in 3 months' which is literally when my toon is unbanned. Appeals are laughing stock right now. Sorry to be pissy

They usually have a slower reply process because they are busy
