I haven't played this game in quite some time due to work/school. Tried to log on and am getting this message. I am an adroid user but adding the "android" to the end of my name is not helping. I have emailed support but have not heard back from anyone yet. Any tips to getting back online?

I try logging on, and get the Account Conflict PW message.

Username is zyguh, i think i played on Danu and character name might have been Warloche or Thunar
