#2As in a dkp system? Each server runs its own unique systems, none are perfect all have flaws.
My suggestion would be to go to a couple servers and question them on their systems, then choose something that fits your style.

#4Avalon clan on Morrigan has quite a sophisticated dkp system. You can ask their chief about it.
