I see a lot of scrubby imps lel majority of those imps probably went for base, I saw maybe 10 things on it worth bidding on for any toon and most of them where for mage, shadow visions helm worth a laugh and a half as a tank helm(no offense bob) I’m pretty sure my locker has items people would find more interesting than some imp recasts and assinate items

Most of that gear is inaccurate or returned to bank anyways
My alts had a number of gear, but it was all poor quality. Best thing I had was a vit DPS axe and a mighty blood ring

my mage gear was nice, but thats what happens when you put real life asside and show up to every single gelebron for 2 years straight as well as 90% of the necros and prots and 70% of mordy kills... Hell I pulled all nighters for a month to camp mordy for that dark mysteries helm Was how I went from lowest DKP mage to highest in a year. Missed out on a lot but If my staying in and trilogging is what got gele down I did it :/

Nice to flashback but in all honesty none of that really matters. My focus is on gwyd and being the best clanny I can there. I served my time on arawn but had to leave due to personal circumstances that made the server unplayable for me, and thats that.

They should see the alts on our server if that’s what they call geared well hehe

To be honest it was in that retrospect that I made my comments.
Each clan is entitled to their own gearing system though, but it is unfair for BigD to say that his promotes alts getting geared when in reality its an alt gets scraps system, which is a legitimate system (seems ima have to say this after every line to avoid another 10 posts from him which is a perfectly normal and legitimate thing to do )

We do promote a mains geared first mentality I'm not denying that and never have tbh it's probably the reason we as a clan have been the only ones to kill bt (as a clan without bob triloging).. but to say that u didn't have gears on your alts is ridiculous and we didn't even touch the event/legacy items u had as well as all the quest armour on each toon.. in a clan so big how does one expect to have godly/imo everything on each toon with 4+ alts with such low drop rates in game? But eh it's whatever good luck relentless with this guy u gonna need it..

never said I did. I never once asked for a gear upgrade in Res. My alts were 1 month late getting EDL because gens thought I already had. I was asked to stop lieing on the ground at gele and said that I couldn't stop dying because of geles EDL aura thing and they informed me I was supposed to have gotten geared a month earlier. Just one example but it was the same for all my toons. You all didn't give my war a dl shield until other clannies asked behind my back for me to get. Then someone who had never tanked before got it day of going full tank. That is the comparison I was using. It has nothing to do with patronizing your system. You took my comment 100% out of context and ran with it. Go back and reread THE WHOLE CONVO before you judge my statement right there.
The other clans were asking about arawns attend system, which as we both know I created as a guard in res and worked on it as a clansman for a year. I was telling them about it but was saying how it wasn't used as a concrete gear system but was rather just there for consulting if wanted, and provided that example to prove the point.

You get worked up over anytime someone out of res says something about the clan and always assume its meant to be a snipe or attack. Its why so many threads in arawn subforum get locked. Just relax and read the whole convo and ask questions if you think it is a snipe and then defend. When you constantly assume its an attack, well you make an ass out of you and me as the saying goes, and neither of us, pardon, I don't want that.

Was only talking about the attend system in terms of how it was created and used at the time I created it. The OP (of the tangent that spawned this tangent) wanted a more holistic idea of attend systems out there. As I made the system that was used on arawn for a year and a half (I doubt that you all scrapped it but you are right that I can't talk about it past when I left and stopped working on it), anyways as I made the system, excuse me, a system, I have full rights to discuss how the system was made and operated and to share any of the foundational buildings that I want to.
If any changes have been made maybe go back to my original post where I detailed the system and provide some insight on what changes were made and why so we can constructively build on it, way the forum is supposed to work...

Don't think a lock is needed, maybe a mod to come in and delete all the posts in the middle. The original conversation was a good one, if possible would be nice to see the thread return to that.
But this is a decision for the moderators and CM's and I get why a lock may be needed.
