This sounds like a connection issue.
Please try connecting to a different WiFi network to the one you normally use, that should resolve any Platinum issue you may have.

!!!!!well i got that situated was typing to wrong password :| so back to the platinum iv tried 4 spots even mcdonalds and nothing it still keeps saying proccesing really fast then doesnt do anything like in my videoIt shouldn't matter if your username contains capitals or not, simply type it in the username box and it should be ok.
alright all i DONT want to know is if i have wasted my money trying to pay for an iphone game...>_<There is a known issue where certain ISPs (<a class="inlineAdmedialink" href="#">Internet Service Providers</a>) are unable to process Platinum purchases, and this may be the cause of your problem.
A fix for this is on the way, but unfortunately it won't be available until the next time the app itself is updated.
If you've tried all the suggestions in the Platinum Issues topic, than I think this is the most likely cause of the issue.
Unfortunately the only thing I can suggest is to keep trying different WiFi networks (maybe a friends or another family members?) until you are able to purchase the platinum.
