And since someone asked, I should mention that no that is not an exact copy of the skyrim song... I took krypto's advice and changed the song just a tad through the program audacity so that I would not violate copyright...

A remix of a song does not simply remove copyright.
You should look for royalty free music. Or under creative common rights.
for royalty free music you have a big chance you need to pay money. And for creative comments they ask you to link their website and the song name for free usage.

I completely agree and understand that but this is a non profitable event so in that perspective we can't be sued of anything because were not making money out of it therefore we should be able to choose any song we want...

But I completely agree with OZAXo or whats his name. Other users should be allowed to use any remix of a song, but I like Ds's stradegy of trying to remove the competition he has lol
