Are you offering to sponsor ppl willing to transfer over? If so..how does it work? Are you based on a diminishing point system or dkp buildup? I will play 2 mages if the environment is up to par.

Quest gear or raid gear?

DL/EDL for mages is horrible(aside from the offhand), raid gear is way more useful.

If your offer is good enough, I may take you up on it.
