toon name Geno, class rogue, world balor i cant log in because of account conflicted pw thing plz fix this for me ty.

Took about a few years off from playing and now I can’t log into my account it just says account conflict PW. My username is csocia9. Character name Is ozryel. And If I remember correctly I’m on Balor server.
Please help I really want to play this game again but I don’t want to start all over I spent too much time on this account. Thank you
