I was thinking the exact same thing it as soon as I read it, but just laughed and moved along. Glad I am not alone on that one.I’m really confused why it’s only tanks and rangers
Well seeing as players spend real money to get these items I would say they do owe us that as it's their fault the servers crashed not ours. Don't go acting like you've never demanded a reimbursement for something that cost you money. A company has a standard to uphold to it's paying customers and when that isn't met it's going to be confronted with anger. Honestly I don't see why they shouldn't reimburse people for their lixes, it would make them more money instead of losing customers from failing to acknowledge that they cost people their own money.Honestly they don't owe you anything. It was an accident. And you demanding anything is like a kid whining because he dropped his ice cream. Otm/vr does not owe you anything. Would it nice of them to help out for the inconvenience, yes. Are they in any way obligated to reimburse you for it? Not even a little bit.
They lost more as a business than any single toon. We play for fun, they give us a game to play so they can make a living. I'd love free stuff but it's not owed in my eyes. What do you mean they lost more as a business? They probably lost customers because the servers crashed on those customers. Their customers lost time and money they spent on the game when the servers crashed during several boss fights throughout servers. Once again alot of us are paying customers and we lost items that we spent money on because of the companies servers not because of our own doing.
