Good afternoon. My wife is trying to access her celtic heroes account on a different device. She has a login but cannot recall her password. She never used an email to set up her account, so password recovery is not an option through that route.
I have sent 2 emails to [email protected] with as much information as possible but have not heard a thing back yet.
Is there some other path to follow now, or some other way to access her account on a different device? She has a lot of items and is level 191 so I dont want to make a wrong move either and delete it.

#2Heya, when did you send the emails? Support won’t reply right away for obvious reasons so if you sent them recently then please wait a bit more.
