It's been like this forever. I don't understand why it hits so much less than other skills. I could understand a 70% effective rate but it seems much worse than that

It's a movement evasion skill. Most bosses have a high evasion to these abilities.

It’s fine how it is.

The first issue is that people need bolas for end game bosses.

A mage at heart... Fire mage that is.

Eah I’ve used both bolas and entangle at endgame and entangle seems to land almost double the rate of bolas

sniper2k (222 ranger)
Spicy2k (190 rogue)
Slasher2k (190 warrior)
MasterBender (160 fire mage)
Spicy Mchaggis (212 dps druid)

same, i have a hard time hitting with bolo all the time
