Every time I go to the bridge of despair leystone and take a right to pick up the hunter remains placed there I fall down the tower. Doesn't happen everyone but when it does I'm sent back to ley dismounted.

The game crashes as soon as it loads. Sometimes it crashes on the load screen, and it also crashes after a few seconds in Lir’s reach and Castle.
I tried reinstalling, but that didn’t help.
I tried a different server as well with a new character, but that didn’t work either.

Low frame rate everywhere, including low resource areas such as crookback. My phone has never had any problems with even the most intense games I've played, but now all of a sudden This game lags like I'm trying to play a pc game on an android from 2010.

VR rushed to jam update in time for Black Friday to grab some gold, not spending enough time running and testing it. Give them couple of days, they will surely make it work again. Vroooom!

Unplayable on iPhone 6 , crashes immediately whenever i tap on the screen.
All i can do is literally just stand there.
Settings all on lowest. Yeah, i get it , my device is kinda outdated, but is it possible to tweak some things maybe to support older devices?

Ya I don't use iPhones I just know the operating system should be high enough to play. It's not like it's an iPhone 4 which prob may not be supported any more.

When opening the mailbox, my game attempts to load the mail but ends up crashing so I cannot collect my mail.
I’ve tried this on an iPad Air 2 and with mobile data on an iPhone 6s Plus, Same results have occurred.
Could this be resolved please?

Tried everything suggested to stop the crashing and lag, even on lowest graphics settings ingame it looks like a powerpoint and I cant last a minute without the game crashing. The game is unplayable for me now that this update has come out.

Just tried lixing and on both iPad mini 4 and iPad Pro 10.5 the icons are missing, I literally thought I forgot to drink a lix. Energy showed up but knowledge and health lix didn’t very confusing.

I actually mentioned this in the beta please check.

ios 11.4.1 about to get last updated
my issue; the game still crash every time over 2-3 minutes after logging, also a big lag make me the game for the moment unplayable.
hope u guys can fix that soon.
