I am trying to log into my account but cant log ... when i try to reset passwrd it wont reset ... it say username or email is wrong but am sure its 100% correct .. even my old password is not working ... i have 2 accounts and having problem with both of them .... unable to reset password ... did someone changed my email or username ? any admin can help me ? even old password is not working and 1000% sure it was correct password

This isn't the answer your looking for but I've got the exact same issue as u just described. It's taken me a few weeks to sort this out with support, still not sorted I'm waiting for another reply from them. Anyway tho, it's happened a lot of times to a lot of people.

yeah thats sucks cant play ..... even i seen 1 of my character online in castle O.o
