Yet again, I lost my pony. Last night, he was there and I rode him as usual. today, I log in, to find me wearing my wings, and my black pony is gone. I tried sending support ticket, to find out that account isn't email registered yet. I registered it several times, but am getting nothing in email to complete the registration.
This is twice my black pony has gone mia. The first time, it was lost in the mail. This time, I have no idea. He was there last night, today, poof, gone, not in inventory. I was on him last night when I logged out. Today, when I log in I'm wearing my wings, but pony is gone......

you sure noone else playing on your account?
I would directly change the log-in dates to make sure noone found out and use your toon when you sleep...

I'm quite sure no one else played on my account.....

With regards to not getting Email Registration confirmation, make sure to check your Spam folders as your email provider may mistake it for junk.

You can email our support team at [email protected] instead of filing an ingame ticket to get assistance with your issue as well.

Just checked, nothing in spam folders.
