So I've been wondering for a while now to get a better weapon. Currently I'm level 95 and use the green 2h askers sword I think its called. But I'm looking for any boss that would possibly drop a weappn for my lvl area. I would appreciate any help

These are my options right now I have in my bank to figure out the best one. Or if you know to buy one please let me know. Here are my Ss's

Don't mess with 2 hands. Buy opal axe and dagger of slaying or primal blade for 100 lvl. Monitor auc, you can buy stuff from players cheaper than from vendor.

To expand on what Noet said, 2 handed weapons have very impressive damage stats, but because of the slower speed plus the inability to use an offhand, they end up dealing less damage than a faster weapon and a decent offhand.

Your best option would be to save up and buy a level 100 offhand weapon, the dagger of slaying or one of the offhand axes (both level 100) are the best offhands, though they are quite expensive. For a mainhand, warriors do well with axes (because you can use Rupture, a pretty strong damage skill). Otherwise, a sword is still a good option (the sword of the shining sun is decent, once you get to level 105 you can start a quest to upgrade it into the Meteoric Sword, which increases it's stats.


In the mean time, while you are saving up, I'd say your best option of the ones listed there would probably be to stick with the Askold's Broadsword, or else go with the Sword of the Shining Sun and the shield. It's a lot lower damage, but the speed means that you will be hitting faster, so missing a weapon attack here and there won't be as bad.

If you are willing to hotswap. Favoriting an obsidian Pike for double attack skill is an extremely strong option as a low level. Though it does get less impressive the further you go into endgame. The same could apply to your askold axe for example.

But eragon is right. As far as using these weapon to Auto they aren't as efficient as 1 handed weapons.
