In the time I have used youtube. I ignore dislikes. Most people just dislike video's in competitions to make their own stand out with less dislikes.

I always think 1 dislike is 1 guy watching my video. With higher view count your video will get higher in the search list.
My suggestion is just ignore people. You could use thumb downs as feedback. When you get more thumb downs than thumbs up. But in the end you will get feedback trough comments.

Tip: just ignore Thumbs.
