Top clan is Retribution
They have a DKP system (no decay).
About a month probation but varies depending on how active you are in bossing and being a good clannie etc.
Clan Toxic is comp
The server is decently active imo, but hard to compare to other servers because I have not played on them.
Retribution is very active, however Toxic only pretty much logs for bosses.
Xps can go around 3k-4k, hastes are pretty inflated but they should go around 5k-ish and most of the others are 1k each.
sigs range from 5k-10k
Newcomers are welcome and helped a lot along the way!

You can say all the bad things you want about Toxic. There are plenty of bad things said about Ret and Jah too. My friends xfered and joined Toxic so I followed. And by smart I meant they know how to play the game. I mean they are doing pretty good against y'all considering the fact that Jah merged with Ret just so they could team up against Toxic...
