This was our first time killing it, not sure why we were moved to sub forum, while every other server can stay in general discussion after their first kill... but OK.

It doesn't seem obvious to me that this was the first time the server (or this clan?) has killed Dhio, so I can see why a moderator or admin may have thought it unnecessary. You are right that a lot of other clans have been sharing their kills on the forums, so it seems that mods/admins are cracking down a little bit on the announcements.
