Celtic Heroes

Hi hello, i got a Problem while starting Celtic Heroes.
After choosing my character it starts loading and never ends...after First Installation i could log Into the Game...the next time i entered the game i got this Problem.. i cleared the Cache and Game Data...but the issue still exsist.i deinstalled Celtic Heroes from my Phone and installed new...doesnt Work too...after choosing my character i m stuck into the loading Screen.
My Phone ist a Xiaomi redmi 8a
The character ist on server rihannon and the Name is Atropus lv1 Mage.
I Hope you can help me out

I mailed support now, hope they can help

had similar issue last night but after using the “character stuck” option and waiting few minutes.. it fixed itself. Just don’t press continue on the login screen but go to the character selection page and press options..

Gosh.. In this case you probably gotta contact [email protected] and describe them issue + tell them character name and server and they can manually reset it

I did and they replied. They said it Problem was an unattached FB Account and they fixed it. I can Log in with another registered email....But problem is still the Same ,even on my Samsung A 10 Tablet. I wrote them again and waiting for reply.
