Interesting... there's 3 other confirmed spots, a 4th semi-confirmed and now this one bringing it up to a total of 5 possible locations (if these last 2 are legit).
It can be extremely demotivating farming for hours and hours for an item to drop. I feel you there. Eventually you'll be able to get it to spawn, or you'll be one of those who miss out on the spawn by like 30 minutes and someone else gets it to pop after you've been farming it =)
