I've tried to log in, and it keeps telling me my account is already logged in, try again in 5 minutes. I tried repeatedly. Nothing. I reinstalled, and tried again. Repeatedly. Nothing. I created a new toon and went to castle. Clan mates said I was NOT logged in. Help! Thank you

I’m having the same issue, when I tap the main screen to go to my character it says the account is already logged in and I just keep going around in a loop.

A clanmate still has the same problem.

My husband has been having this issue and he is currently stuck again, this is the 3rd time this week! The past 2 times support got to him quick but this time it's been a while he's ready to quit. Is there a way to avoid this issue at all? Thanks for any help on the matter!!!
