*EDIT* : soli is very much active 24/7..Thank god . Troj's clan is active too, just at midnight/early morning EST though.
Pup left Soli because of one public reason which was that some ppl disliked him. A secret passive reason that occured to me was the following: Pup is more of a businessman and being in Soli means no sale of rems/tabs/crests/ sometimes rings (not strict on that). In DragonSlayers, members sell them freely... even among themselves. Note that i said "passive" reason. ***

lol. i don't really care about selling that much. and dragons layers doesn't sell things amongst each other really. no more then soli... and yah i left soli because i was tired of 3 or 4 people being rude.
