After reading some other posts on here I realized I needed to use the in game support messenger..

So I sent off my messages today with the built in support messenger. I sent an email dirrectly to support about 8 days ago but it appears they do not respond to those.

It appears the in game support messenger is the way to go. So im positive I'll get my refund soon

Woot! It worked! I got my refund on MASM! For anyone experiencing this issue, just use the in game support request and have patience.

Now I'm just waiting for my alts refund but I'm sure it will be added any time now
