I made a simple misclick and purchased a silver sword of ice instead of a gold sword of ice. I immediately wrote support with a ticket stating my issue.
After an eternity of waiting and zero response... Today I log into this message -

WHAT?! Are you kidding me?
Yes I understand there is a verification but A- the swords all look alike in the second screen. B- The buttons are too close together so this WILL happen again.
