I have been trying to wait patiently but this is getting a tad rediculus and I don't know what else to do. I have heard of people getting in trouble for resubmitting a support ticket so didn't want to do that, but I am starting to wonder if mine didn't go through correctly?
I am Guffy from Danu Server and have been trying to get a refund on my Golden Sword of Ice for like 2 and a half weeks now, should I resubmit? Is it just crazy slow right now? What should I do?
