Yeah that's awesome Ozzy and Xell are wielding Druid DPS like a sharp machete, whereas other Druids like myself are still brandishing a plastic spork.

Different strokes, but Ozz and I Exp together with the clan and his bark and embrace rock even though he has a minor Grp heal, but I can cover the Grp healing and the wards and he covers the bark, embrace and vines in the fights.. And the system works fine. Two totally different Druids but together awesome results. He is DPS but he is still really necessary and valued in the clan.

One of the things I really love about Druids now is all the different one's, and how they all can fit together to still get the job done allowing each their own build, but also a accommodating choice for their groups in their support roles.

So, I revised my built (taking Ozz advice).

I maxed out Vines, Storm and Lightning and keep Touch, Bark and Embrace around 10ish. My heal is very low, around 400, but Bark and Embrace prevent me from healing during a fight (usually).

Stat points I only put in Focus and Vitality. I am considering putting some points into Dex though.

As weapons I now use Diamond Icon and Golden Blade of Ice. Also, I switched to the crown because it was more important for me to get an energy boost.

This built works really well for lvling. Its pure DPS, so I can support heal at best but usually I am DPS anyways.

With that built I can out-dps so many ppl.

i got some strength but i dont see any affect. embrace and bark are cool, but vines are great as well and winds is great against trees.
im only lvl 67 but i go out training with some people. druids should level with warrior rogue or ranger, mages run out of energy too fast.
i had a energy regen before it was scamed, but im on my way to golden focus of energisation

I have a hybrid build between healing and dps. I switch to healing during boss fights just by switching my rings to touch (+8 to touch) which gives me 750 heals with my touch at 26/25 with rings. My embrace at 19/25 gives 83 hp per tick and natures breath at 15/25 gives around 250 heal. Bark is at 15/25 which is around 175 armor. Then during solo or when grouped with one or two other people I use dps rings +4 storm and +3 lightning and leave my +4 touch always equipped which still gives me 660 heals from touch while soloing. My storm touch is 19/25 (with +4 ring), lightning is 18/25 (with +3 ring) and vines is 14/25 (haha no rings). It is a little hard but I can solo 3 stars my level or a level or two above me. 1-2 stars are easy for solo but mostly I like to level with 1-2 people and I can heal and dps at same time. If I want to go real dps I equip my Druid with bloodlust helm +4 and +5 damage charms and golden venom dagger which gives about 300 damage which equates to about 100-120 melee damage on kelpies.

My only question is how useful is bark in ow because most enemies use magic and fire spells so would bark become useless as I continue using it. I guess it would be helpful with eyes, kelpies and trees but once u get past those I guess change bark to fire ward? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Drop Bark and max Vines for a better DPS build.
Bark is only good for the start of your fight - you won't be able to re-cast successfully unless you invest A LOT into Dex.

Vines is a DPS Druid's best friend....

im a dps druid and a healer. my vines can do 123 dmg over time in 30 seconds. my wind does huge effect when it comes down to killing with rogues.
but if you are hybrid, you wont really go to boss fights uless you use a book of alteration again.

I have 35 points in dex I feel that it makes a bid difference. I can fight 3 star eyes and cast bark during fight. Touch max, Natures embrace max Bark at 17/20, 10 points in storm, 13 or 14 IN Vines. and not sure about lightning. My viality Has 100 and with no points in abundance my health is a little over 1000. Working on maxing bark it helps when training with someone. With this build I have soloed a 4 star eye of dusk.

Not true. I get called to boss fights all the time, in clan and out of clan. I'm speced more towards a heal build than dps which is why I still get called to fights. The goal for my Druid was to transition to a healing Druid as I got to higher levels anyway and having some dps would help me level which is why I went to a hybrid.

yes. i know. i ment low leveld hybrid druids who cant afford to change points from healing
