"Who's on first" is a fairly famous comedy routine by the duo Abbot and Costello from the 1930s and 40s. Google or YouTube it. Basically, it is a play on words bit, where one guy is asking for the names of the people playing on a baseball team... the other guy is answering, but all the last names of the players are question words, like Who, What etc. So it just gets hilariously frustrating for the two comedians.
