Depends between 10-20k each usually. They all sell back to vendor for up to 7500 or so, so best way to track them down is rare mob's and bosses Atrisal drops Gold Ingot, Faerie Queen drops Faerie Diamond, MiniBoss Wisps, and Quest Wisps drop Diamond Spirit Star, Catacombs bosses drop demon stone along with soul orb...Demonologist also drops demon stone...etc.. Boars like guzzle or gold boars drop tusk, crystal uni drops diamond horn.

It's a *** of a quest.
