Here's my list:
LaVerne/Indira - she can be very nice at times but someotimes sours your mood
Octavian - this guy is just great, he is super nice and let's you in a boss fights for no reason
Smoke/Cigar - this awesome guy helps you a ton
CelticVanilla - very funny and helpful guy probably the only guy who has a sense of humor around here
5stargenral1 - longtime friend and the other guy with a sense of humor around here
Creator - long time friend of mine
Garrett2 - always did his best to help you out
japan brothers (except Rat) - always acted nicely and weird
Truth - this guy recruited me to Bloodgrove when it was just starting out; besides that Truth is very nice
Krannik - he just gives you deals you cannot refuse
LoneWolf72 - knew him since he just started out and a nice friend
Darkvaine - nice guy and a very nice friend
Herb - she's the newest person on my friends list but one of the nicest
SirNick - not sure why he's on my list
Plato - helps you a ton
Clone - very helpful and is super kind
Tyty- nice friend
12ayne - nice friend
Redival - nice friend
Gonn - nice friend
Wolfbreaker- nice friend
Yuuki - a good friend EVEN THOUGH HE REMOVED ME FROM HIS FRIENDS LIST CAUEE OF A STUPID LV REQUIREMENT
Zacarios - this guy is a nice friend
Spadder - a really caring guy and good friend
IceMan - used to be vey good friends with her in her 20s-90s but now she ignores me
Shepman (AT TIMES) - he's really helpful but sometimes depressing
Dogfood (AT TIMES) - used to be very good friend but he now ignores me

I had to edit this list several times already cause I forgot to mention many great people
