Before update 3 came along, I bought 3 golden camo charms
After update 3 I was only using one charecter so I loaned out 2 of my golden camo charms.
I am now back to using three charecters but have thrown away the paper that I wrote down who I leant them to.
Is there any chance you could tell me who the two golden camo charms were given to.
I also leant a heroic energy ammy and a golden energy rejuve ranger arrow lux item (can't remember what they are called)

just to let you know, these were not scammed, only loaned, I just need the players names so that I can ask for them back.

I submitted a support ticket a week or so ago, but have heard nothing back from them.

They were either loaned from d0nk0, d1nk1 or d2nk2

Admin / community / support any info would be appreciated as I have had to buy a 4th heroic ammy for my 3rd character as my loaned one is still to be found.
I also don't fancy having to buy a used camo charm as I have one somewhere..........

I spoke to the Support team about this, and unfortunately they are not able to say who the items were traded to. It is up to the players to keep a track of who they lend/trade items to.

Well thanks for trying (I think) any chance they can bend the rules, I know that scams have been investigated in the past.
Even a pm would be fine, or how about you send them a message saying that the time is due for them to be returned.

I can't stress enough, that they were not scammed or sold and no issues will arise from this that are in any way detrimental o the game.

I am bumping this because I don't really understand why I can't be told who I loaned these items to.
The support team can find out for me, but I don't really understand why I can't be told.
Players that let themselves be scammed have, in the past, been told who has ended up with their items, why not me?

All I ask is you guys tell me who so that I can politely ask them to return them, if they don't return them, then that is my bad.

i agree with donk here, he should be allowed to find out who he lent his items to- by not telling him who has his items you are essentially scamming him yourself by directly preventing him from having the information he needs to not lose his items

And I have stated that, I understand that all trades are final, if they don't return them, then I have lost them for good, I understand this.
But it would be nice to be able to at least ask the said players IF I can have them back.
